What is considered a 'group' vacation?
A group is considered as having ten (10) or more people. If you request this service, there will be a nonrefundable $50 research fee. Group travel needs to have a group leader in which whom would be the primary person in contact with ArockTravel. EVERYONE MUST BE ABLE TO MAKE THE DEPOSIT AT THE SAME TIME THROUGH THE GROUP LEADER. Group flights can be done for groups of ten (10) or more ONLY. Group flights from different locations may be arranged on a case by case basis. Otherwise, everyone is responsible for booking their own flight.
This same policy applies for a group of twenty (20) or more people, but there will be a nonrefundable $75 research fee.
Additional fees with accommodations
Some hotels require a daily resort fee to be paid directly to the hotels. This will be your responsibility as it is not included in the reservation.
Changes to airline reservations
ArockTravel is not liable for any changes made by the airlines and hotel chains. Flight times, seat assignments and numbers are subject to change by the airlines.
Hold times for quotes
Rates and quotes given are subject to change until the deposit is made. Rates can be held depending on the vendor. The hold time is also subject to the vendor.
Information about travel documents
It is YOUR responsibility to have the proper travel documents. Please visit www.travel.state.gov to inquire on how to obtain a passport. You may also go to the same site to see if you need to apply for a visa in order to enter into a particular country, as well as steps needed to apply. ArockTravel is not liable for monies lost if your trip is cancelled due to failure to obtain the proper documents. You may go to www.cdc.gov in order to inquire about vaccinations and outbreak information.
FAX: Credit card authorization forms will be sent to you for return. A copy of that form along with a copy of your photo ID is required.
IN PERSON: Only on case by case basis, which will be previously discussed.
